- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- During high-demand periods, processing time may take a little longer.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Kerala: 2–4 working days
- South India: 3–5 working days
- Rest of India: 5–7 working days
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier workload, weather, or holiday seasons.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and product weight.
- Free shipping may apply for selected products or promotional offers (if available).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- A tracking link to follow your shipment in real-time
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Pookies Mart is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Recipient not available
- Unreachable phone number
If the package returns to us due to such reasons:
- Reshipping charges will apply
- Refund (if applicable) will exclude shipping costs
6. Damaged Package on Arrival
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos and videos of the package immediately
- Do not discard packaging materials
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
This helps us file a complaint with the courier service.
7. Delayed Delivery
While we work to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather or natural factors
- Festivals or public holidays
- Logistics/courier delays
- Unforeseen operational issues
We will assist you in tracking and resolving the delay.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We ship only within India.
